FACILITY AND STAFFING CRITIQUES

ESCO reviews your existing security staff and site operation based upon expected overall performance goals. These goals are previously identified through coordination meetings with your Event Management Team and critiqued during the operation of major events. A "Findings Report" of the actions observed will detail the strengths of the existing staff and the areas needing improvement or support. Critiques can occur with or without the knowledge of your security team, but are completed with the goal of improving the overall performance for your client and customer base.
