TRAINING
Through years of experience and hundreds of shows, training has
been a large component for our success. Depending on the assignment,
ESCO will help you develop a successful training program for your
staff or can provide you with qualified instructors to implement
the curriculum. Sample components of this training would include:
Event Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions and Assignments,
Customer Service, Communications and Emergency Response. A successful
training plan will not only ensure an enjoyable atmosphere for your
customers but can also serve you in limiting liability when faced
with frivolous lawsuits or legal proceedings.
